Amelia Kurtz, CTFA
Chief Executive Officer
Amelia’s passion for service and solving complex problems for her clients has fueled the inspired leadership that’s been the hallmark of her professional career. Her early work, as a compliance analyst for a super regional bank, demonstrated Amelia’s ability to educate her peers on the nature of the complex standards required by the finance industry. In her subsequent tenure as vice president and trust officer, Amelia provided comprehensive administration for fiduciary, non-profit, and agency accounts. Training from both of these positions helped prepare her for her role as the senior fiduciary officer at one of Maine’s largest community banks. There, she oversaw a team of account officers and administrators and was responsible for supervision of trust activity within the bank. Amelia’s strong belief in the power of education has inspired work that extends far beyond the bounds of her professional duties. She has served as a board member for a long list of civic and economic organizations active throughout Maine.
